Pavich Organic
Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

(Makes 4 dozen cookies)
2 cups unbleached flour
1 cup turbinado (raw) sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup Pavich Organic Raisins
2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
¾ cup canola oil
½ cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 6-ounce bag carob or chocolate chips (optional)

In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir in oats, raisins, and chips. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and stir in oil, milk, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Drop from tablespoon 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F for 13 to 15 minutes.
